It was a successful weekend for the 15U AAA East Central Dodgers, taking on two teams.

Their battle started Friday, July 8, as the Dodgers took on the Saskatoon Astros, ending the game 1 to 0.

The defence was high for both teams, and the pitching was strong.

The second inning was when things got interesting. The Dodgers upped their offence, with Casey Rauckman gaining a single, ending the game on the run.

The next day, the Dodgers visited the Parkland twins, beating them 6 - 2 on Saturday, July 9.

The Twins started strong when an error scored one run for the Twins, and the Dodgers made sure to tie things up at the bottom of the first inning. The Dodgers scored two runs when Pryor Dyck singled.

The fourth inning is when things ramped up, with the Dodgers gaining three runs in the fourth inning.

The 15U AAA's next game will be against the Expos at Nutana #1 in back-to-back games on Wednesday, July 13.
