A pair of Humboldt broncos topped the list of the SJHL's players of the year. Rayce Ramsay took the RBC player of the year, SGEU most valuable player and the SaskTel Top Goaltender honours for the season. After a stint with the Kamloops Blazers, the 21 year old Ramsay returned to Humboldt to finish off his junior career with night after night stellar performances. Ramsay’s first appearance with the Broncos was as a 17 year old rookie. He wraps up his career having led his team to the number 2 seed and a strong showing in the playoffs.

Leroy's Connor McGrath was named the RBC Top Forward, the Direct West Rookie of the Year, and the SJHL Top Goal Scorer. McGrath's 84 points in 56 games was matched by a pair of impressive point streaks, one 14 games and one 12 games. McGrath headed homeward to join the Broncos following his stint with the Weyburn Red Wings. McGrath is a product of Humboldt Minor Hockey having honed his craft with CSSHL’s Prairie Hockey Academy of Caronport, SK, and the Moose Jaw Warriors U18AAA in the Saskatchewan U18 provincial league.
