The Humboldt Broncos wrapped up their SJHL Showcase last night with a 5-4 win over the Estevan Bruins. It didn't take long for the Bruins' Logan Ziegler to go one up on the Broncos, but Alec Saretsky and Sam Marburg answered the call shortly after, scoring their first of the night. Period 1 ended as Mitch Kohner netted one to tie the game after the first.

Penalties came into play in the second as Cage Newans scored a power play goal, while Matthew Ronn of Estevan took it back.

An early Bruins goal in the third put Humboldt in jeopardy, but the Broncos once again played comeback kids with a Daylan Wiegel goal to tie, and with Cage Newans second of the night in the final seconds of the game.

With the showcase under their belts, the Broncos head north for a three game road swing this weekend against La Ronge and Flin Flon.
