Looking back on 2015, the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce is pleased on what they were able to accomplish.

From opening a new boardroom, building Humboldt's first visitor's Dog Run, to collecting donations for fire Evacuees the Chamber had a busy year.

One of the many high lights included their Chamber Lunches. Chamber Executive Director, Debra Nyczai says they were thankful for the Ministers who took time to speak at those lunches.

"We were very fortunate to have some of our provincial Cabinet Ministers speak and those included; the Honourable Jeremy Harrison (Minister responsible for Immigration, Jobs, Skills and Training), the Honourable Don Morgan (Minister of Education, Minister of Labour Relations and Work Place Safety), we also hosted the Honourable Lyle Stewart (Minister of Agriculture) and the Honourable Gordan Wyant (Minister of Justice)."

Nyczai added that coming up in 2016 the Chamber will be taking the lead role in the Junior Achievement program in the Humboldt area on behalf of Junior Achievement Saskatchewan.  As well they will be opening at 60 ft. x 10 ft. fenced dog run for pet owner's in the community come May 2016.

On behalf of the Chamber, Nyczai would like to thank Chamber members for their support and wishes everyone a prosperous New Year.
