The Humboldt Fire Department responded to a house fire at 815 13th Street in Humboldt on Friday morning. Smoke was seen emerging from the house; local residents report the fire started in the basement. There have been no reports of injuries.

Several units were on site working to assess and contain the situation. The street was blocked during the response.
