A custom designed Suzuki M109R motorcycle is up for grabs as the raffle prize benefitting the Humboldt Broncos Tribute Campaign. The Humboldt Broncos Memorial Golf Tournament Committee announces that ticket sales for the bike, along with an add-on 50/50 draw, will open up on Wednesday, May 31.

The “2017-18 Broncos Memorial Motorcycle,” with accessories, has a value of $16,000, while the 50/50 jackpot could potentially build to $250,000.

“Following the 2017-2018 Broncos tragedy, a gentleman by the name of Jason St. Pierre had customized this 2007 Suzuki motorcycle in honour of the 29 who were impacted by the tragedy,” explains Laurie Warford with the Golf Tournament Committee. “This past winter, he was moving, so he felt the bike needed to come back to Humboldt.”

Warford says that after some communication, the decision was made to raffle the bike through the Golf Tournament Committee with the proceeds going to the Bronco Tribute Campaign. The draws for the motorcycle and the 50/50 will be made the weekend of the 6th Annual 2017-18 Humboldt Broncos Memorial Golf Tournament taking place on August 11th and 12th, 2023. Since 2018, the Humboldt Broncos Memorial Golf Tournament, hosted by Jared Bednar and Brian Munz, has raised funds that are distributed in substantial ways to continue the 2017-18 Humboldt Broncos legacy.
