Humboldt and District Community Services continues to offer activities to provide entertainment for all.

On the final Thursday of every month, they hold an inclusive dance, which invites you to attend and enjoy an evening.

Support Services Manager with the non-profit organization, Nicole Kinzel states that they are always looking to branch out to everyone.

"What are organization does, is, we're always looking for more opportunities for social and recreational activities - typically for people with disabilities who might lack the opportunity, or events might not be accessible for them."

She added that if you are a business owner and looking to help out, they have options for you as well.

"We're always looking for businesses to sponsor a dance. Your business can sponsor the basic cost of a dance and also provide some prizes. If your business is looking to help out at the dance, you're welcome to do that also."

The dances are held from 7:00 to 9:00pm at St. Augustine Parish Hall with a cost of $5 per person or $10 for the family.

Any funds that are left over from covering the cost go directly back in to funding the other programs the group offers.

"We also provide a youth social club every month, which is social opportunities for youth. We get together and do really fun activities," Kinzel noted. "We also do an adult social club. It is more activities not including the dance. Things like bowling and games."

Further information about the dances or the organization in general can be obtained through their website or by calling 306-682-1455.
