The Humboldt Theatre Club is gearing up for another season and is on the search for actors and behind-the-scenes personnel. 

“This production is going to be our ninth production, and we are looking forward to it a lot. We are looking to do a comedy with perhaps a pirate theme,” said Sarah Miller, director of the Humboldt Theatre Club. “coming up in May, we are going to be putting on the show, hoping to add an extra show this year and have a lot of people come out and support us. Hopefully, shows will be the 2, 3, 4, and 5 of May.”

Auditions take place on October 13 at 7:00 p.m. and October 14 at 11:00 a.m. at the Humboldt Public School Library. 

“It’s an hour for each spot, so if you’re interested, you can come on out - you don’t have to prepare anything, just show up. We’ll be looking for people behind the scenes, on stage as actors, and, of course, just helping around with the Theatre Club.”
