RCMP says before it was stolen, it captured a male suspect on video. The male is young in age and appears to be wearing glasses, wearing a hat, a hooded sweater, and jogger-type pants.

If anyone recognizes the male or has any information about this theft, they ask you to call Melfort RCMP at (306) 752-6420.

Melfort RCMP reported a second theft on September 20, around 1:30 a.m., in which a vehicle was stolen from the community of Star City.

A female went to a residence asking for a ride and when the homeowner had their back turned, the female stole a set of vehicle keys and took the vehicle that the keys belonged to.

The stolen vehicle is a brown 2003 Oldsmobile Aurora with the Saskatchewan license plate 474 MTN.

RCMP asks that if anyone sees the vehicle, to call the local police right away.
