Congratulations to all the HCAA track and field athletes for a strong showing at this past weekend's provincial track meet in Regina. HCAA finished 5th of fourteen districts, with the most points per thousand students earned. It's a remarkable feat for a group comprised on mainly small schools.
Lake Lenore captured silver in 1A schools competition while Humboldt and Wynyard place 5th in 4A and 2 A categories respectively. Muenster placed 6th in the 1A group.
Two HCAA relay teams captured medals - Senior Boys 4x100m (silver) and Open Girls 4x400m (bronze). Four other relay teams placed top eight.
15 HCAA athletes captured individual medals, including 3 Provincial Champion gold medals:
