Lots of events are happening down at the Humboldt and District Gallery, and you are not going to want to miss this one.

The Gallery has partnered up with Annah Gallacher and Futuristic Industries to bring Portrait Printmaking to Humboldt.

It is a free drop-in activity for the whole community, and by using collage, printmaking, and drawing techniques, you can create a piece of art that tells the world who you are.

Artist Annah Gullacher will be present to show those attending art-making techniques and help out with inspiration.

“It’s fun, it’s interactive, you don't need any experience and it’s all about creating art. It’s going to be in partnership with our friends down at Futuristic Industries because we are creating an exhibit with them for their 50th anniversary,” says Jennifer Fitzpatrick, Director of Cultural Services.

It all takes place Saturday, March 11 from 1:30 - 4:00 pm at the Humboldt and District Gallery.
