A big thanks to 2nd degree black belt Bryce Nagy who is an instructor at the Humboldt Karate Club for stopping by the station and showing Ron a few karate defense moves. Ron says for the sake of instuction he let Bryce go through the moves without giving too much of a fight.... he "says." Bryce will be back on February 20th, joined by Sensei Mark Minarik to teach a ladies self defense class.
