Today is the last day to register for the Bruno Safe-Tea event happening on Thursday, October 27. The event is free of charge and it presents a chance to grab a tea or coffee with friends and neighbours while listening to informative topics geared for seniors.

The Bruno event takes place at the Senior Citizens’ Friendship Centre, 619 Main St. It all gets underway at 10:00 am with the following topics. 

  • Preventing Slips, Trips, and Falls - 10:00 - 11:00 am
  • Fraud Prevention - 11:00 - 12:00 pm
  • Overview of the Mature Driver Refresher Course - 1:00 - 2:00 pm

A free lunch is provided between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. The event is put on by the Saskatchewan Safety Council and hosted by Safe Communities Humboldt.
