At its home game on April 6, the Saskatchewan Rush lacrosse team is honouring the 2017-2018 Humboldt Broncos Hockey Team and recognizing those affected by the tragic accident on that date in 2018.

During the first timeout in the first quarter, the Rush will conduct a tribute as part of that recognition. As part of the acknowledgement, the Rush will be offering $25 tickets for seating anywhere in Sask Tel centre to attend their game against the Calgary Roughnecks.

“The event affected everyone in Saskatchewan and throughout the world,” says Jeremy Junk, account executive with the Rush and native of nearby Annaheim, SK. “Since the Rush is a provincial team, it’s a little thing to get everyone out to a Rush game and commemorate everyone. It’s a great way for families to come together and to give back to the community.”

Five dollars from every ticket purchased will be donated to the Humboldt Tribute Centre Fund. To purchase your tickets, click here.
