Saskatchewan has never been lucky enough to claim the grand prize for Kraft Hockeyville, but have made several runs to the final four, the nearest finalist being Wilkie in 2019. Other Saskatchewan finalists include Wilcox in 2008, Humboldt in 2009, a long break before Ituna in 2017, and then Wilkie kicked off a three year run with Pense making the finals in 2020, and Lumsden in 2021.

Voting for the final four will begin later this month on March 29. Aside from the $250,000 prize, the winning community will also earn the right to host an NHL game.
