The City of Humboldt reminds residents to get set for spring runoff by keeping back alleys clear. City crews will be geared up to assist by clearing alleys to accommodate water flow. Obstacles can create delays that might lead to damming water and potential damage. Vehicles, refuse and other materials should be cleared out for the water flow paths to be cut.
