Saskatchewan RCMP have charged three people in relation to the death of 20-year-old Wesley Custer in Shellbrook in August of 2020. 

Custer was brought to the hospital in Shellbrook on August 21st, 2020, with serious injuries. He would succumb to the injuries, and his death was determined suspicious and determined to be a homicide. 

Last Saturday, after consultation with the Crown attorney, the RCMP charged Evan Ledoux at the Prince Albert Correctional Centre and charged with manslaughter Ledoux had been in custody after being arrested two days earlier for a number of other charges stemming from a separate incident. 

The following day, the RCMP arrested Curtis Ledoux, who was also at the Prince Albert Correctional Centre. He was charged with accessory after the fact.  

Then, on Wednesday, Tyson Lachance was arrested at the Saskatoon Correctional Centre. He is charged with one count of second-degree murder in connection to the death of Custer.
