The time has come to load up the Jeeps with the help of the Humboldt A&W restaurant and the  Humboldt Community Soup Kitchen. Once again, the two have partnered to brighten up the holiday season for local families in need. On December 16 until 4 pm, people can drop off toys, cash donations, toiletries and hygiene products.

On the the 16th between 12:00 - 4:00 pm, the final day for donations, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand for some photos, along with a live on location. The Root Bear will be stopping by for a visit, as well.

“We’re excited this year; because we are receiving cash donations and a donation of hams from Olymel, we’ll be filling hampers for a Christmas meal as well,” says Colleen Cornelius, manager of the Humboldt A&W. “They’re being distributed by the Humboldt Community Soup Kitchen to their clients and anyone else who has called in.”

Yet another way for Humboldt to show its generosity - stop by the A&W to grab a bite and leave an all-important donation.
