The Bantam AA Broncos were back in action on Tuesday, January 14th when they travelled to Saskatoon to take on the Outlaws.

The Broncos entered the game with a 12-5-1-1 record and sat four points behind the Outlaws who were third place in the North Division standings.

Ty Lidal opened the scoring for the Broncos halfway through the first period. The Outlaws battled back with two goals of their own to take a 2-1 lead with just over 15 minutes left tin the game. Matthew Porter tied the game up at two, However, a late 3rd-period goal by Saskatoon was enough to lift the Outlaws over the Broncos in a 3-2 victory. 

Trey Kincade got the start in net for the Broncos and stopped 8 of 11 shots faced.

The Bantam AA’s schedule will resume on Saturday, January 19 when the Warman Wildcats come to town.
