The Humboldt Broncos have made a trade that sent rookie forward Luke Spadafora to the Melville Millionaires in exchange for 1999 born forward Logan Foster.

Spadafora, who was playing his first full season of Junior hockey paced all Broncos' rookies with 3 goals and 11 assists, good for 14 points through 17 games. He was tied for second in rookie in the SJHL in rookie points.

Foster comes to the Broncos after having accumulated 9 points in 14 games with the last place Millionaires. He brings 31 games of WHL experience combined between the Spokane Chiefs and the Swift Current Broncos.

The Broncos next game is Oct 31st against the La Ronge Ice Wolves, but following that is a clash with the Melville Millionaires on November 2nd. Which is possibly enough time for both players to suit up and try to prove to their new teams that they won the trade.
