The East Central Fillies had a pair of games on the weekend, their final two games of the regular season. 

On Saturday, February 9th it was the battle of the top two teams in the North Divison as the Fillies took on the Western Prarie Thunder. 

Lauren Hinz scored the game's opening goal just eight seconds into the second period. The Thunder then struck twice in the second frame to take a 2-1 lead. 

In the third, Jacelyn Kelly tied the game up at two. Neither team was able to secure the go-ahead goal and the game ended in a 2-2 tie.

On Sunday, the Fillies hosted the Saskatoon Comet Rush, and that's when the floodgates opened. 

Jacelyn Kelly led the way with seven points including a hattrick. Lauren Hinz, Brynne Bunyan and Abrie Hyra all added two goals with three other FIllies chipping as well as the FIllies took a commanding 12-0 win over the Comet Rush. 

The Fillies finished the regular season with a 17-2-1 record for first place in the North Division. They will have a first-round playoff bye and await the winner between the North East Aces and Saskatoon Comet Rush.
