For the second week in a row, a Humboldt Broncos player is being recognized by the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League.

Bryce Fiske was named Defenseman of the Week for his efforts in three Broncos wins from November 6-12.

Fiske collected five assists over the three wins over Kindersley and Yorkton. Since joining the Broncos in a trade from La Ronge, Fiske has eight assists over eight games played and has quickly established himself as a leader on the team.

The Broncos had two runner-ups for awards as well.

Goaltender Jacob Wassermann was the finalist for Goalie of the Week. The 17-year-old Humboldt product was named Rookie of the Week on November 6, and earlier this season picked up the goaltender honour.

Forward Logan Hunter was the runner-up for Rookie of the Week for his efforts during the three wins, which included a five point performance against Yorkton.
