It was heart break for the Midget Muenster Flyers Sunday in the provincial hockey finals.

Trailing the Radville Nationals by a pair of goals coming home in their two game total goal series they managed to win the second contest but only by the count of 4-3 giving Radville the one goal edge and the title.

Earlier this season the Flyers did claim the East Central Minor Hockey League championship.

A little further north in Porcupine Plain, the hometown Blues edged the Carnduff Red Devils 4-3 to secure the Bantam "C" provincial title with a 7-6 edge in their two game total goal series.

The second game was also played Sunday.
