The Horizon Central Athletic Association held their junior volleyball district tournaments on Monday around the region.

As pictured above, the HPS girls team claimed the junior "B" title, they defeated Lanigan Elementary. Also qualifying was Foam Lake and Drake.

It was Wakaw claiming the junior girls division in Rose Valley. They took two of three sets from the hosts in the final. Holdfast and Wynyard were the other two qualifiers.

The St. Augustine Hawks(pictured) are the champions of the junior "B" boys district. They edged Rose Valley 2-1 in sets, also in Rose Valley.

Annaheim was victorious over Middle Lake in the junior boys division. That took place in Annaheim.

The "B" division is comprised of students in grade 8 and under. The basic "junior" level is essentiallly teams made up mostly of older students.
