The Humboldt Slo-Pitch League is expanding this year but they are hoping one more club will join so they have an even number of teams in the loop.

They also have a new team that has joined the league and is looking for committed players, especially women to help fill their roster.

The spring league begins in the middle of May and runs until June, there is also a fall league that is played from July to mid-August.

The cost is $200 per team for each season.
