The Saskatoon Blazer will be honouring former team members that were involved in the Humboldt Broncos Bus crash.

The Blazers players will have bronco ribbon stickers with the letters "ET" on the back of their helmets for this season.

Evan Thomas passed away in the bus crash with the Humboldt Broncos and used to be a member of the Saskatoon Blazers. Many other Broncos from last year were also once members of the Blazers Including, Brayden Camrude, Jacob Wassermann, Reagan Poncelet.

"The sticker on the back of the helmet is also to recognize what they have endured over the course of these 5 months," Chad Bankowski, Manager of the Saskatoon Blazers Midget AAA Hockey Club.

Thomas played Rightwing during is time with the Humboldt Broncos.
