The Ministry of Parks, Culture, and Sport will be launching the reservation system for the 2016 summer camping season for Saskatchewan provincial parks on Monday.

Specific camp grounds will open up on the reservation site on different days, the first scheduled site is Black Strap, Pike Lake.

Tuesday will be Buffalo Pound, Danielson, and Douglas.

Wednesday will be Echo Valley, and Rowan's Revine.

Thursday will be Duck Mountain, Good Spirit Lake, and Greenwater Lake

Friday will be Crooked Lake, and Moose Mountain.

Saturday will be Cypress Hills.

Sunday will be The Battlefords, and Sask Landing.

With other areas to follow the following week.

The new system will have a queuing system to manage the demand and ensure technical stability.

Reservations open at 6:40am every morning.

Also this year some sites will allow reservations past Labour Day long weekend.
