A man police say behind the wheel of a pick up that crashed into a semi on Highway 16 near Langham is facing charges.

Robert Major's girlfriend and two of his sons died in the accident on February 22nd.

46 year-old Humboldt resident Scott Eckl was also in the vehicle, he suffered severe injuries in the crash.

Two other boys also survived, seven people were in the truck at the time.

Major is now facing three counts of criminal negligence causing death, three counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm and six counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.

He is scheduled to appear in a Saskatoon courtroom on July 13th.
