Damage to a Festival of Lights display at the Humboldt Campground has the Humboldt RCMP seeking assistance from the public.

Police say that sometime between Friday, December 4 and Sunday, December 6, suspects entered the Humboldt Campground, where the Festival of Lights is set up and vandalized a display.

An eight foot inflatable minion Christmas decoration (pictured above) was stolen, and several lights were also disconnected.

Furthermore, police are also seeking suspects who broke into a construction site south west of Guernsey.

They were able to steal a white 1997 Dodge one tonne with a flat deck and red slip tank. Five construction heaters, jerry cans, and a power saw were among other items stolen.
