Water services within the village of Muenster may be affected during the day on Wednesday, May 15th which will be followed by a drinking water advisory for the entire village.

The service interruptions are due to construction involving the water lines. The mandatory boil water advisory comes into effect at 9:00 am on Wednesday, May 15th. The advisory will be in effect for a minimum of 48 hours and until further notice. Residents will be advised when the system water is safe for consumption.

Residents are advised to boil all water used for drinking purposes or cooking for at least one minute at a rolling boil prior to use. The includes for any activity where water may be ingested such as for brushing teeth, dishwashing, or washing food.
