Humboldt's latest in fashion will be on display Thursday night, as the Gallery holds their annual fall fashion show.

Christine Stumborg says that they have lined up a great night out.

"We have Lana from Brickhouse Clothing, and her models will be there at 7:30. Doors will open at 7pm sharp, and it is rush seating," she explained. "Sobeys is supplying all the food, so they are going to be making really great appetizers. Johnny's Bistro is going to be hosting with coffee and hot chocolate."

Stumborg added that they are quite eager to see everything that comes out on Thursday, as Brickhouse has kept their display for the night hidden.

"Lana hasn't really told us a lot. We're just as excited as everyone else for the new fall fashions. I have peaked in the store and I know she is hiding some stuff in the back to keep it as big a surprise as possible."

The fashion show also serves as a fundraiser, with proceeds benefiting the Humboldt and District Museum and Gallery Foundation.

Stumborg says that the fashion show helps bring people in to check out the gallery and to take a look at new clothing.

"We just like to host something to invite people out to get into the gallery's space. We have a great show in there right now with local artists from Humboldt," she noted. "It's also a great way to get fashion happening around Humboldt and get Lana's fashion and clothing out there."

There are some tickets still available for the show. More information can be found by calling 306-682-5226 or 306-682-2088.
