A brand new art gallery opened up in a residential garage last weekend in Bruno.

The Garage Gallery is set up in Robin Renneberg's garage in Bruno, she explains how the gallery is essentially a dream come true.

"As an artist, I always dreamed of having a little gallery. My husband suggested it a few weeks ago and I thought he was joking, to be honest. He put it together and I put my artwork in it and found two other Artists out of Saskatoon and we recently got another artist out of Caren."

She explains how she plans to bring more artists into her garage.

"I've talked to a couple people who are local here in Bruno who are contemplating bringing some of their work to me."

Sunday was the first day of The Garage Gallery being open, Renneberg explains when they plan on being open in the future.

"We are open on Sundays from 10 to 4, basically until it snows. It's an open garage so you can't really do it when it's snowing out. It's open rain or shine. If it's raining we'll just close the door and let people in as they come.

The Gallery currently has a contest right now where you can win an original painting by Lani Gellner of Caron. Like the Garage Gallery on Facebook and share the page to enter.
