Farm World in Humboldt has received the highest honour from New Holland.

The agriculture dealer has been named to the President's Club, which recognizes superior service to customers as well as excellence and improvement in business performance.

"It is an award we received based on the dealer standards program that New Holland has in place," explained Chief Executive Officer of Farm World, Tex Prete. "This is their top award."

Prete says that of the over 900 New Holland dealers, the Humboldt location is only one of 140 to receive the President's Club distinction.

"It is designed to reward the dealers that spend their time and energy on training their staff in parts and service as well as in sales," he noted. "There is also a criteria for business planning and those sorts of things as well."

Farm World's other stores in Kinistino and Prince Albert also qualify for the award. It is the seventh straight year that Farm World has been named to the club.

"We met all the expectations again and we are pretty proud of that fact. At the end of the day it provides the opportunity for our people to be well-positioned in the marketplace to help our customers," concluded Prete.

Farm World employees over 80 staff between their three stores. In 2014, the Humboldt location expanded and moved to its current home on Highway 5 east.
