The Humboldt Farmer's Market is celebrating a successful 2016 year.

The Farmer's market recently has moved indoors at the Community Gathering Place, and adjusted their hours to 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

Heather Crone is the contact person for the Humboldt Farmers Market.

She talks about the successful year.

"2016 was wonderful, we had a really good year. There was lot's of rain, lot's of optimum farming conditions, and we had lots of produce."

Crone explains there could always be ways to improve the market.

"More vendors would be wonderful. We'd love to grow our market to a bigger size, and wow the people around here."

Crone describes what is ahead for the Farmer's Market.

"2017 we will start the middle of February, the 18th, I believe, is our first sale for 2017. Our spring dates are every second Saturday until June, and then every Saturday for the remainder of the year."

The Farmer's Market does have one sale left for the 2016 year, next Saturday, from 10:00 until 1:00 at the Community Gathering Place.
