The City of Humboldt says no water usage advisories are requred while SaskWater repairs a water line.

The city is well pepared becasue it constructed an additional resevoir storage tank in 2016, according to a news release.

The city will monitor the reservoir and usage closely, it says.

SaskWater on Tuesday began an emergency leak repair on the Wakaw-Humboldt Water Treatment Plant raw water supply line. The work should be finished by Wednesday evening.

While customers shouldn't notice any disruption, the agency recommends nearby communities conserve water in case repairs take longer than expected.
