A Watrous man accused of murder is free on bail following a hearing in Court of Queen's Bench in Saskatoon.

31 year-old James Taylor Wolff was released on a $20,000 recognizance following an appearance July 28th.

He must also follow strict conditions while his matters work their way through court such as wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet and live with his mother in Watrous.

He is also on 24 hour a day house arrest.

Wolff was apprehended in June of this year and charged with second-degree murder in the death of another Watrous man, James Carlson.

Carlson disappeared in May of 2008, his body is yet to be found.

Wolff is set to return to a Saskatoon court room on October 27th.
