Three Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority buildings have been purchased privately in the province.

Stores in Kelvington, Rosetown, and Wynyard are the first three of forty that will switch from public to private ownership. 

The SLGA sold the three locations for $584,350.

Kelvington's store went for $25,150 to Silver Fox Liquor Store Ltd. 

Wynyard was sold for $179,600 and Rosetown for $379,600 to Pich & Pich Holdings Inc.

In 2015, it was announced that about half of government-owned liquor stores would be converted to private liquor stores.

An additional 11 new private stores sales have been approved.
