The Humboldt Broncos have handed out their big prize money in their 23rd annual Lottery of Cash.

Dawna Robinson and Joe Scheiber are this year's grand prize winners of the $100,000.

Robinson says she still soaking it in.

"We've won a camera but it's hard to believe that we've actually won the big one!"

The two Humboldt residents have been longtime supporters of the team and their largest fundraiser of the year.

"Actually I'm kind of shaking right now because it's really hard to believe it's true, that we did win, it's hard to believe," Robinson said Saturday afternoon once Broncos' president Jamie Brockman presented them with the cheque.

"Considering we were told on April Fool's Day," Scheiber chimed in and joked.

"We thought it was a joke but as we were told it's not a joke, it's actually real and today it's very real," Robinson added.

They said they will continue to donate to many local charities like the Health Foundation plus they will "have some fun."

Darlene Cash(pictured above) was also present collecting her $35,130 in winnings from the 50/50 draw.

"I thought really, really?" she said of the call from the lottery office on April 1st. "Carrie(Dutchak, Lottery Supervisor) said oh my goodness you must have been excited because I could hear you from where I was sitting. Immediately I phoned my daughter in Edmonton and I told her, she said, mom it's April 1st really? It wasn't a joke, It's awesome."

Overall in 20 draws, over $155,000 was given out.
