The Lanigan Heritage Museum served Lunch to the people of Lanigan and surrounding area on Thursday, August 30th.

For the season of Autumn, the museum holds it's Fall Fundraiser to raise money for the upkeep of the museum in Lanigan. Lunch was worth $8 a person to enjoy ham on a bun, salads, desserts, and much more.

The food was either cooked or baked by members of the museum, or it was donated by a business in the local area. Dorothy Smale with the museum stated that they hope they get a better turn out for this fundraiser than in the past.

"It's really hard to say, we did not have for our spring fundraiser, which we call our season opener, we had 60 people here for that day so we are hoping to get 60 again."

Lanigan's Museum closes up at the end of August.
