Appearing in court again Monday, matters concerning Kyle Martin and Marty's Auto Sales have been moved to September.
Martin made a brief appearance in Humboldt Provincial Court where his case was adjourned until September 19th.
He is facing 20 charges for what is declared as curbing - the act of selling vehicles on the side of a road.
On July 6, the Government of Saskatchewan issued a public notice that the dealership is not licensed, and for the business to cease auto sales.
Since the charges the dealership has become licensed.
