Even eight months after the crash, support still continues to pour in across the province after the bus crash on April 6th.

On December 13th, the City of Humboldt and the Broncos organization were presented with a handcrafted bench from the City of Moose Jaw at the Humboldt Uniplex.

The Bench was made out of hockey sticks and metal legs by Wade Babiuk from Moose Jaw. The mayor of Moose Jaw, Fraiser Tolmie, presented the bench to the city council and the Broncos board as a gift. The bench was offered to Humboldt as a memorial of the Broncos tragedy.

"I think they realized we were a little overwhelmed with everything and they just wanted to make sure it was not intruding us (after the accident)," said Rob Muench, Humboldt's Mayor.

The Humboldt Broncos Memorial Committee will be responsible for finding a permanent place for the bench within the community.
