The Reid-Thompson Public Library in Humboldt no longer allows people to play games on the public computers.

“We had children come in and play and it really slowed down our wifi so other patrons and us couldn't work anymore,” librarian Michael Langhorst said.

“Sadly, we had to make a rule that the children not play online games on the computers anymore.”

Public access to the computers is now limited to one hour, though people can sign up for additional time after their hour is up.
