The 2019 Mark of Excellence Awards took place on March 20th at Jubilee Hall. 

The yearly award gala is put on by the Humboldt and District Chamber of Commerce and recognizes business, organizations and individuals who excel in all areas of their field.

Citizen of the Year - All who offered support, assistance, and comfort in the aftermath of the Humboldt Broncos bus tragedy, with special mention going to Kevin Garringer.

Award for Service - Muenster Powder Coating and Design (tie), Clip, Snip, Cozy (tie).
