People won't have to wake up as early on Sunday's to enjoy a delicious breakfast for a while.

Every few weeks on Sundays at the St. Augustine Parish Centre people will be able to purchase a pancake breakfast starting at 9:30 AM. The Knights of Columbus rake in the funds to go towards many different charities and non-profit groups in the local area.

"We've given to the school patrol program in Humboldt, the Humboldt school band, the Special Olympics, and many other great causes," said Pete Gueguen.

The breakfast held on Sunday, October 20th will go to the council charities of the Knights of Columbus. The money will be donated where ever members see fit. Not only is the breakfast meant to raise money, but also to get people out to enjoy the remainder of the weekend.

"We view it as community building as much as anything. It's open to anyone who wants to come, everyone is welcome," said Gueguen.

The breakfasts will be running every two or three weeks on Sundays till May 3.
