SaskEnergy customers are going to see a rate drop on their November bill.

The Government of Saskatchewan approved the gas delivery crown's application on Wednesday.

Starting on November 1st customers will see a decrease of two percent or about $15 a year to their heating bill. This follows a decrease of about $53 annually in January.

SaskEnergy says lower commodity prices are allowing customers to see the breaks. The price has decreased from $4.30/GJ to $3.65/GJ.

That's the lowest it's been in 16 years.
