Many highway roads surrounding Humboldt and area are not being recommended for travel this afternoon.
As per the Highway Hotline, travel on the following highways is NOT recommended:
- Eastbound and Westbound on HWY 5.
- All of HWY 16 from Saskatoon to Wynyard.
- All of HWY 6
- All of HWY 368
- All of HWY 11 & All of HWY 2 from Wakaw to south of Watrous.

RCMP are advising drivers to slow down to ensure your own safety and the safety of others, or better yet, avoid highway travel altogether if conditions are particularly poor in your area.
