As school is now back in session, a group of organizations will make sure that if anyone is experiencing re-occurring grief issues or traumatic event issues that support is in place.

The City of Humboldt and the school divisions, along with Mental Health and Addictions Services, and Partners Family Services are teaming together to supply help if needed.

Councilors that are available are not restricted to only students, as all individuals including children, youths, adults, teachers, community members, and families are able to reach out and seek support.

Tracy Muggli, The Director of Mental Health and Addiction Services with the Saskatchewan Health Authority in Saskatoon and Area said, "we know that without mental health it's hard to take care of your overall health."

Muggli adds, "The community has been amazing at how they've supported each other, but if you find that you are one of those people that have been putting themselves out there to help other people, make sure you take time to allow yourself to process and work through your own grief as well."

The number for Mental Health and Addiction Services is 306 682 5333 and Partners Family Services is 306 682 4135.
