For the fifth time in six years, Telemiracle rang up over $5,000,000 during the annual 20 hour telethon.

The final total for 2017 was $5,000,274. Proceeds stay in Saskatchewan each year to assist families and individuals in need through the Kinsmen Telemiracle Foundation.

Throughout the 20 hours, multiple local organizations took to the stage to make their presentations.

The Humboldt and District Kinettes contributed $15,182 through their fundraising efforts. The Jansen Kin Club kicked in over $24,000, while the Watrous Kins were just shy of $22,000.

Winston High was represented by a performance from the school's garage band, while other local high school students made presentations and held up the toteboards during the total updates throughout the 20 hours.
