The night of Sept 10th at the Humboldt council meeting at City Hall was declared "Broncos Strong" week by the Mayor of Humboldt.

September 9th to the 15th is the duration of "Broncos Strong" week and of course was placed on the same week as the home opener for the Humboldt Broncos. 

"I think it's an important step in the process in the rebuilding in of the team, for the first game there is going to be people in town who aren't from here and they are going to have a chance to see that flag hanging for the flagpole at city and know that the city and the council is behind the team they begin their new season, " said Rob Muench, the Mayor of Humboldt.

On Tuesday the city raised a flag to show their support for the Broncos this Wednesday. Muench also stated that this also another step of healing for the community of Humboldt.

This Wednesday, the Humboldt Broncos will open up the new season at the EPA with new coaches, new players, and a new look for the 2018-19 season.
