A trial date has been set for Kyle Martin and Marty's Auto Sales.

Martin appeared in court for around 10 minutes on Monday, representing the business located on Glenn Hall Drive.

At his last appearance, Martin was told that another adjournment could not happen and that a trial date would have to be set in his case, which has multiple charges surrounding the act of curbing.

Martin pleaded not guilty to all charges, and waived delay on a trial set for March 6, which will now take place on June 5.

The crown stated that there will be 15 witnesses called in the trial, which is expected to last one day.

Since the original charges were laid, the dealership has become licensed.
